Moped / Scooter LAWS? - neon for moped
I've recently bought a scooter / moped, and I wonder what kind of things that I can add, for example,
Neon (under lights)
Speakers
etc.
I do not know if it is legal or illegal.

Neon - legal, if the vehicle is stationary. Illegal, if the vehicle is in motion.
Speakers - legal, not to disrupt or interfere with others (of course, you need an amplifier, too).
However, since it is a moped, the opportunities for low battery and charging system capable of Run Run neon or sound system very, very unlikely.
does not matter about the color as neon private homes are being sold as specified in each package.
